Bella Group Doubles the Size of CRM Department

Bella Group, a leading company in the Island’s transportation industry, announced the expansion of its Customer Retention and Business Development Department.  This growth includes its Call Center, making it one of the largest and most complete to service the auto industry in Puerto Rico.

“We were the first to develop a Call Center as a key part of our Customer Retention and Business Development Department for Honda and Acura in 2000. Now we are once again the first to expand the size of the center, its working hours and its services in order to cater to our customers’ needs as well as Bella’s,” said Carlos López-Lay, President and CEO of Bella Group. “This Department has been key in helping us generate great customer satisfaction and now we expand its capabilities to promote greater contact with our clients,” he added.

The Department doubled its size from 8 to 16 work stations equipped with the most advanced technology and applications.  The Department working hours will extend from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Monday thru Friday and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays. The Department’s expansion is part of a corporate wide program to improve processes and gain efficiencies.

With this expansion, customers will now be able to make appointments for service at the Honda Service Center, Acura Service Center, Flagship Chrysler Bayamon, Flagship Mazda, Bella Body Shop and the repair shop for Honda Motorcycles and generators by calling our call center within the Customer Retention and Business Development Department. They will also be able to schedule appointments to install accessories in their cars or equipments. 

The Department also acts as facilitator in the sales process, communicating with customers that visit our Bella Group facilities whenever a sale has not been completed after a first visit to verify the reason while it was not carried out. It will also channel any inquiries to ensure that the situation is promptly and efficiently addressed. Before it is time to take a vehicle in for service, the client will receive a call to coordinate an appointment.  “Our customers won’t have to remember when it’s time to take the vehicle in for service, we will make life easy for them by calling them to schedule the appointment,” said López-Lay.
The Department’s staff is well trained to listen to the customer and guide them on what their warranty includes as well as other important aspects related to their car maintenance and service.
